Cancellation Before Acceptance: If you cancel an order before it is accepted by the restaurant, you will receive a full refund.
Order Issues: If you experience issues with the quality of the food or delivery that are within the control of Eat Club (e.g., missing items, incorrect order), you may be eligible for a refund.
